Save Dough, Make Dough !! 20th Anniversary Pasta Making Class for $20.00

Celebrate 20 years of Vince’s Gourmet with an authentic Italian pasta-making class. Learn how to make pasta from scratch by hand. With tips from the instructor, participants will prepare dough and use pasta machines to make fettuccini or linguini. The dough is made with durum flour and eggs. You’ll go home with a recipe and plenty of ideas.

Deep discounts on pasta-making equipment are available on class night. Class price is per person. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Please arrive 15 minutes before class; classes start promptly. Classes are limited to 6 people and reservations are for ages 16 and older.

Each cooking class includes printed recipes for each dish prepared, a dish to bring home, and a 10% discount on in-store purchases. Water is provided; participants may bring their own adult beverages.

Cancellation policy: You may reschedule or cancel if you notify Vince’s at least 14 days before class. If you registered online, request a refund using the link in your email. If you registered in person, contact Donna at [email protected]. There are no credits or refunds with less than 14 days’ notice. If you can’t attend, you’re encouraged to send someone in your place. If you do not show up, the class fee is non-refundable and no future credit will be given. Classes are not canceled for weather; in the event of a State of Emergency, Vince’s will notify you of alternatives.
