John Thomas Brook Hike

Learn the story of the recent name changes of this beautiful brook and nearby Murry Hill.

The hike follows the old D&H railbed. It starts at the railbed junction on Merrill Rd in Vermontville, heads south to the junction with Bigelow Rd, and continues to where John Thomas Brook crosses the road, the turn-around point.

4 miles, round trip, fairly flat.
