Refund & Weather Policy:
Please note: We have followed the recommendations for planting and anticipate a beautiful field; however, working with the weather can sometimes present unexpected challenges. Should a complete crop failure arise, your Sunflower Festival tickets will be accepted as admission to the Fall Festival. This swap will only be offered if WE (Liberty Ridge Farm) have to cancel the 2025 event. Tickets are not date-specific, so if one day of the festival is unable to open due to weather, your ticket will be accepted on any of the other festival days. Not being able to attend the event will not allow you to swap for Fall admission. If you cannot make the event, you are welcome to transfer or sell your tickets to a friend who can make it. No refunds are offered.

About the event:
Gather your family & besties to get lost in the radiant 4-acre sunflower field. Your experience includes access to the Sunflower and Zinnia fields, (1) gorgeous bloom, and over 50 activities in Brad’s Barnyard & River Bend Frontier.

Access to the flower fields is ONLY during posted festival hours.

Party Cabin Rental ($399):
- 3-hour party cabin rental: 11:30 AM–2:30 PM OR 3:30 PM–6:30 PM
- Includes indoor table & chairs, outdoor picnic tables, covered porch & benches overlooking Barnyard
- FREE admission for (1) birthday child
- 15 festival admissions for party guests (may be used for adults or children)
- Ages 2 & under are free and do not count towards the 15
- Additional attendees receive a discounted festival admission price
- Festival admissions include access to over 50 farm-fun activities
- Bring your own food or order a catered package
- Optional campfire with roasting sticks: +$60
