MIC MOTHER: A Queer Comedy Open Mic

Do you feel like you’re holding on for dear life? Sounds like you need to come to MIC MOTHER: The only queer comedy open mic we know of between Albany and NYC.

Try out stand-up for the first time or just be a voyeur. Allies are welcome. Performance art is welcome. Transphobia is not. You get 7 minutes to make us laugh.

This month Caroline will be shuffling off to Buffalo to fend off the apocalypse so beloved Beacon comic Leah Worrell guest hosting! That way we still have a woman who wears glasses present to make sure Andy Monk doesn’t say anything too inappropriate (he will!) & remember we have a new earlier start time of 7pm this year!
