Toast DVAA’s history and revel in our local acting talent with this much-loved play.
DVAA’s 50th Anniversary re-staging of Our Town, directed by Greg Triggs, brings together talented local actors to perform Thornton Wilder’s 1938 Pulitzer Prize-winning play. The 1975 local production, part of Narrowsburg’s Bicentennial celebrations, helped lay the groundwork for DVAA’s founding in 1976. We hope this ambitious re-staging will bring our community together once again to enjoy this classic celebration of small-town life.
In 1975, performers directed by Elaine Giguere and Tom DeGaetani staged Our Town in Narrowsburg and Callicoon. The production helped lead to the founding of the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance (DVAA) in 1976.
