Art with the Tang Museum: Spectacular Stratum

Skidmore College's Tang Museum will be here to lead an art project for kids in grades K - 5.

The Tang Museum presents Spectacular Stratum. This project is inspired by the artwork of Joan Snyder, a mixed media painter inspired by the world around her, and Paul Lewing, a landscape painter.

Participants will be able to create their own sand art landscapes using glass jars and colorful sand, or mixed-media clay collages using beans, seeds, and beads.
