Create uniquely beautiful silk scarves! Let your creativity flow with color and texture. Thickened dyes and a variety of mark-making tools allow this process to be as simple as fingerpainting. Each student will have the opportunity to print two scarves. Learn how to work with fiber reactive dyes on silk fabric.

This is a very loose fun class, available for all ages 12 and up. Wear old clothing or bring a smock and wear latex gloves.

Kathy has seen so many delighted students over her years of teaching this class. Her next deeper dive workshop, Monoprint On Silk, will be at Snow Farm, The New England Craft School in May 2026.
