The Capital District Scottish Games will take place on September 5, 2026, at the Altamont Fairgrounds, 129 Grand Street, Altamont NY, 12009.
The event features:
- Pipe band events
- Stage band performances
- Highland athletics
- Highland dancing
- Children's events
- Clans and societies
- Import vendors
- On-site camping
There is also the CDSG Charity Golf Tournament and information about hotels and lodging for attendees.
Tickets are available online and at the gates. Gate admission is $25. Children 12 years of age and younger get free entry at the gates. Veterans and active military receive a 50% discount on gate admissions by showing their ID card (applicable only at the gate on the day of admission).
Contests include Pipe Band, Solo Contests, and Highland Dance registrations; each has dedicated registration links.
Free parking is available for attendees.
