Adults 18+ of all ages and abilities.

Learn the gentle, coordinated, and relaxing movements of this short Tai Chi program designed by Dr. Paul Lam, a tai chi master and physician. With these slow and safe movements you can improve your balance, posture, flexibility, and breathing. Tai chi has been shown to improve sleep and circulation and reduce stress — it’s an enjoyable and relaxing experience for body and mind.

The forms taught here can also be done seated. Beginners are welcome.

Practical notes:
- Wear comfortable clothing and flat, comfortable shoes (in your home you can also do tai chi barefoot).

Instructor:
Sabine Seiler, PhD, is a Tai Chi instructor certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She has been practicing and sharing her knowledge of Tai Chi for many years and is teaching throughout the Capital Region.
