The chef instructor will teach you the skills and techniques for perfecting macarons with festive flavors. You’ll learn to build your batter, how to correctly meringue eggs, and tips for coloring your batter.

After properly piping your batter into classic and fun shapes, you’ll bake your treats to perfection.

We’ll teach you how to create an Irish cream buttercream and a cereal milk-infused ganache, how to fill your crisp shells, and how to decorate with gold dust.

By the end of class, you’ll have delicious French macarons ready to enjoy for St. Patrick’s Day.
