Ian Hendrickson-Smith (Uncle Cheef himself) is the saxophonist with the Roots and the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. He's recorded and toured with the likes of: Amy Winehouse, Ed Sheeran, Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings, Dr Lonnie Smith, Mark Ronson and many more.
