2026 Bad Blood Run

The 2026 Bad Blood Run is a 5K run/walk at Siena University on Thursday, August 6, 2026. The race starts at 6:30 PM, with a Kids Quad Dash starting at 6:15 PM. Nearly 500 participants joined last year. The event is known for its fun atmosphere, featuring creative teams, costumes, and club participation.

Race Day Schedule:
- 4:30–6:00 PM: Packet pick-up and day-of registration
- 6:15 PM: Kids Quad Dash Start
- 6:30 PM: 5K Runners Start
- 6:45 PM: Walkers Start
- 7:15 PM: Speeches, awards, food, beer, and music

Registration fees:
- $30 until May 31 (Early Bird)
- $35 June 1–August 4
- $45 August 5–6 (in-person only)

Packet pick-up is available on Wednesday, August 5th (6–7:30 PM) at Dicks House of Sport, Latham ($45) and Thursday, August 6th (4:30–6 PM) at Siena Quad.

The first 200 registrants receive a branded running shirt; shirts are also available for purchase onsite. All registrants age 21+ receive a complimentary Common Roots beer.

Prizes include:
- $250 gift card to High Adventure Ski Shop for top overall male and female finishers
- $25 gift cards for top male and female in age groups: 12 and under, 13–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+
- Special branded socks for teams with best team shirt, most members, and highest fundraiser

Awards take place at 7:15 PM. The event supports a charitable cause, helping the Wicklund Warriors continue to assist families in the area.
