Act I: Opening Selections — Please choose one
- Mansion Salad (GF, V): Mixed greens, poached pears, pecans, blueberries, goat cheese, maple balsamic vinaigrette
- Corn Chowder (V): Sweet corn, onions, potatoes, celery, cream
Act II: The Main Performance — Please choose one entrée
- Chicken Piccata: 8 oz. sautéed chicken breast, lemon caper butter sauce, wild rice, sautéed haricot verts
- Braised Short Rib (GF): Slow-roasted, fork-tender short rib, red wine demi-glace, mashed potatoes, sautéed haricot verts
- Pan Seared Salmon (GF): 7 oz. Atlantic salmon, pan-seared and served with lemon dill sauce on the side, wild rice pilaf, vegetable of the day
- Eggplant Rollatini: Lightly breaded eggplant filled with ricotta cheese, topped with red sauce, served with a side of pasta
- Yellow Vegetable Curry (Vegan): Served with white rice
Finale: Desserts
- NY Style Cheesecake: with strawberry sauce and whipped cream
- Chocolate Truffle Tart (GF): with fresh whipped cream and raspberry sauce
