Learn to Draw with Confidence!
Tuesday, May 12, 2026 — 6:00 pm–8:00 pm
Caldwell-Lake George Library
Have you always wanted to draw but didn't know where to start? Join us for a hands-on drawing class at the Caldwell-Lake George Library.
Instructor Michele will guide you through the basics, including:
- Understanding value and simple perspective
- Creating depth and realism in your drawings
- Working with graphite, charcoal, ink, and color pencils
- Drawing still lifes, everyday objects, and from observation
Each class builds on skills from previous sessions, but all are welcome — new participants can jump in at any time!
Each session includes demos, guided practice, and supportive feedback to help you grow as an artist. Basic materials will be provided, along with worksheets for further practice, homework suggestions, and a materials list to build your own collection.
This program is free and open to the public. Space is limited — please call the library to register: (518) 668-2528
