The Arts & Wellbeing Gathering is an ever-evolving community of artists and healing arts practitioners based in the Hudson Valley and surrounding areas of New York. Play is an integral part of our creative exchange and cross-disciplinary research.
We gather monthly at different venues to share our work, research, and creative practices. Each venue becomes a kind of collaborative partner, offering a new way to engage in creative inquiry.
Founded in March 2025, this open collective has no formal membership or nonprofit status. It offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where artists and healing arts practitioners can exchange expertise in a playful and accessible environment.
The gathering at TEMPO concert hall is open to the public. Come learn, exchange ideas, co-create, explore, and play! All curious and open-hearted people are welcome. Potluck and skill share are integral parts of the gathering. We usually have two scheduled offerings in the afternoon, with the possibility of spontaneous ideas, too.
TEMPO has street parking, with plentiful spaces within a couple of blocks and two public lots in the neighborhood. An accessible ramp entrance is on Wurts St, to the right of the main door.
