The choir explores vocal harmony traditions from the Americas, the Balkans, the British Isles, Caucasus Georgia, Corsica, Sardinia, Ukraine, and always some more surprises. All are welcome regardless of prior experience. Songs are taught mostly by ear, with occasional sheet music.

Led by Eva Salina, founder and director of Driftwood Chorus and a lifelong singer of traditional music. She is a mother, singer, gardener, and community music educator who believes sometimes the simplest ideas (community! harmony! traditional music!) are the medicine we need to build a better world.

Suggested donation: $10–15 per class. Drop-ins welcome; please RSVP if able. Donations can be made online or directly to choir leader Eva Salina.
