Lunch & Learn Reading Series: AI in the World Today

Every Thursday in October

Grab lunch in the café at 12:00. Discussion begins at 12:15.

A.I. is literally everywhere, and no one is certain if it represents the dawn of a great future or the destruction of humankind. Is it a savior or a destroyer—or maybe a bit of both? All month long, we’ll take a look at this disruptive technology and its impact on our society.

Pick up a packet of readings ahead of time at either location. Stop at the café first (777 Broadway) to pick up your meal, then head to the Wellness & Empowerment Center next door (775 Broadway) for community and conversation.

No registration is needed. Drop-ins are welcome, though registration is appreciated: peoplesplace.org/wellness-empowerment-center/
