About

A Three-Day Workshop with Ofosu Jones-Quartey

Hip-Hop Soundbath is a weekend of guided meditation, sound baths built from singing bowls and ambient textures, live lo-fi hip-hop performed in real time, and heart-centered conversation. Underneath all of it sits Ofosu's teaching in a single sentence: you are enough.

Ofosu Jones-Quartey has taught meditation since 2004 at the Insight Meditation Society, Spirit Rock, and Omega, trained under Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, and reaches millions daily as a voice of the Balance meditation app. As Born I, his music has passed 20 million streams and carried him from the Kennedy Center to the stage with the monastics of Plum Village.

Come for rest, creative inspiration, or community. No meditation or musical experience required, and all are welcome.

This experience is offered at a special commuter rate for local guests interested in participating in the workshops, meals, and amenities, without an overnight stay. To book this workshop with overnight accommodations, click HERE.
