In this 90-minute workshop, anatomy becomes our inspiration and sensation becomes our medium. Through guided embodiment practices woven throughout, you'll be invited to drop into sensation, then render what you find there through drawing, painting, and poetry.

No art experience necessary — only a willingness to get curious and expressive on paper.
