Build A Stool (Day 1)

Learn how to build a full-size stool in this two-day weekend woodworking class with staff instructor Max Smith. Using a variety of power tools and hand woodworking tools, you'll create a stool with your personal touch while practicing tool techniques and getting real time feedback from an expert woodworker.

Although this class does not have strict prerequisites, it is designed for students who have taken our Foundations of Woodworking course, or who have equivalent shop experience with basic power tools like:
- table saw
- chop saw
- block planes
