Key of Q, the Hudson Valley’s own LGBTQ+ & allied a cappella chorus, is excited to announce its second One Day Chorus, a community event for singers who love to sing and want to be part of the gang for just one afternoon! This special event invites participants to experience the joy of choral singing—no audition, and no weekly commitment required.

The One Day Chorus asks for just one afternoon of participation. Attendees will join members of Key of Q to learn a single song together in full four-part a cappella harmony, culminating in a joyful collective sing-out. The emphasis is on community, connection, and the simple thrill of making music together.

There's no pressure, just great harmonies, great vibes, and a room full of people who love singing. The afternoon is paired with cocktails or mocktails, plenty of laughter, and a celebratory atmosphere that reflects Key of Q's inclusive and welcoming spirit.

Proceeds from the One Day Chorus will benefit Trans Closet of the Hudson Valley, a project by and for members of the local trans community, providing clothes, gender-affirming supplies, and other resources without question or cost.
