DCxPC Live Presents: A Punk Benefit for Christopher Ramirez

We're bringing the Hudson Valley punk community together for a special benefit show for our good friend Christopher Ramirez.

I've known Chris for as long as I've lived in the Hudson Valley, and I love this dude. Whether he's working the door, loading in backline, or making sure people feel safe at DCxPC Live shows, he's always there when someone needs him. Chris has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I know, and now it's our turn to show up for him.

Chris lost his right leg following a hit-and-run in 2019. His current prosthetic no longer fits properly, causing painful friction and tissue damage. He needs a specialized replacement prosthetic that can support the physically demanding work he does for a living. Unfortunately, the replacement will cost between $32,000 and $38,000, and he doesn't currently have insurance coverage to pay for it.

We know one benefit show won't raise everything Chris needs, but we're hoping to bring our community together, raise some money, and help spread the word.
