Amber Rubarth is a singer-songwriter renowned for her raw, soulful voice and poetic songwriting. A former chainsaw sculptor turned self-taught multi-instrumentalist, she has toured her original music extensively across North America, Europe, Japan, and South Africa, performing at venues such as Carnegie Hall and Glastonbury Festival and opening for Emmylou Harris, Richie Havens, and Dr. Ralph Stanley.
In 2018, Rubarth made her acting debut in the feature film “American Folk.” Her ninth full-length album, Cover Crop, is a meditation on our interconnectivity with nature through 15 reimagined songs, self-produced at her cottage in the woods of the Hudson Valley, New York.
“Songs so strong they sound like classics from another era.” — Acoustic Guitar
