Join us for an afternoon of New Moon intention setting, vocal activation, and an immersive listening experience blending ambient synths and an eclectic array of sound healing instruments.

Sophia Bruun guides us in setting personal intentions for the new moon. Mugwort tea will be offered before a collective vocal activation, followed by meditative stillness and an immersive listening journey created with a collection of sound healing instruments.
FK’s immersive listening experience is a one-hour contemporary sound bath, blending ambient synths and minimalist improvisation. It explores sound, texture, color, and space, and is designed for deep listening and sensing.

Sophia Bruun
Sophia is a multidisciplinary healing arts practitioner, DJ, and facilitator based in Woodstock, NY. Her offerings draw inspiration from an international background in meditation, yoga, sound healing, and ecstatic dance production. She guides from the heart, with the intention to cultivate balance, harmony, healing, and connection through her work.

FK is an artist based in upstate NY, focused on live performance in the form of a synth-based sound bath—a true immersive listening experience. Over his lifetime in New York City, FK has worked with Public Enemy, Tommy Stinson, and Thelonious Monk Jr., among others.
