Invasive Plant Management Day

Volunteer this June–September with the Regional Stewardship Team to help remove invasive plant species on the Island. The team will be on site the last Friday of every month this season at 1pm to guide volunteers (new and experienced!) in efforts to curb the spread of invasive plant species.

Participants will be off trail using different hand tools. Please wear appropriate attire for the weather and environment, and bring sunscreen, bug spray, and water.

A limited number of pruners and work gloves will be available; you are welcome to bring your own if you have them.
