This month, we’re bringing your journal pages to life by adding meaningful focal points that tell a story.
You’ll explore three creative techniques:
- Blackout Poetry (next level): Transform a found page into a poetic, visual statement
- Interactive Door: Create a cut-out "door" that reveals a hidden message or image beneath
- Spring Delights Page: Capture joy in everyday moments through a themed, sensory-inspired spread
This session is all about layering meaning, play, and personal expression into your journal. Whether you lean poetic, visual, or reflective, you’ll leave with pages that feel both creative and deeply you.
No experience needed—just bring your journal and your curiosity.
What to bring:
- Your own art journal (new or already in progress). Journals with watercolor or mixed media pages are strongly recommended so they can handle paint and collage elements. Journal size does not matter.
- If you plan to include a personal touch in your interactive pull-out, bring a photo or small image you’d like to incorporate.
All other materials will be provided.
