About

From March 21 to April 24, 2026, Albany Center Gallery (ACG) presents the 27th Annual High School Regional Juried Exhibition, featuring the work of 108 high school students from the region.

The exhibition includes 126 works of art by 108 students from 27 high schools around the Capital Region, selected by jurors.

Public reception: Friday, April 3, 5 - 8 p.m.

Artists, family, teachers, and friends private reception (not open to the public): Friday, March 20, 5 - 8 p.m. Contact Andrew at [email protected] for more details.

The High School Regional highlights the importance of arts programming in schools, cultivating imagination, and sharing the arts with youth. In years past, teachers from across the Capital Region have submitted diverse student work demonstrating a range of skills and ideas. The selection reflects the unique perspectives of our next generation through the outlet of art. Art inspires youth to be engaged with their community and themselves. The youth are the future; let’s continue to support them and their creative voices.

The High School Regional was organized in collaboration with regional art teachers, Albany Center Gallery, the New York State Art Teachers' Association, Region 6, and the Capital Area Art Supervisors.

The jurors for the 27th Annual High School Regional Juried Exhibition include:
