Ready to Dance: Bomba Legacy to Latin Dance with Alex Torres & his Latin Orchestra

APL is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Musicians with the Alex Torres Orchestra will demonstrate and present the lively elements of Bomba, an early dance and sound associated with the African Diaspora in Puerto Rico. Bomba's percussive music and dance are precursors of current popular Caribbean music.
