Step into the spotlight at Adirondack’s Got Talent! 🎤
The Park Theater in Glens Falls, NY, is launching a brand-new live music talent competition designed to support youth artistic development and provide emerging performers with professional stage experience.
Event details:
- Preliminaries: Every Wednesday from Oct 21–Nov 11, 7:00 PM. Suggested donation: $5. Preliminaries held at Doc’s Bar & Lounge (lower level of The Park Theater).
- Grand Finale: Friday, Nov 18. Admission: $15. Finale held on the main stage at The Park Theater (14 Park Street, Glens Falls, NY 12801).
Format: Each week up to 2 youth and 4 amateur acts will compete. A panel of judges will select one winner from each category nightly to automatically advance to the Finale.
Categories & prizes:
- Youth (Ages 6–18): Rising soloists, duos, or trios competing for a premier music store gift card and a trophy.
- Emerging Artists (Ages 18+): Local acts with a small regional draw competing for an opening performance slot at a regular season Park Theater show and a trophy.
