Vermont Adventure Dinner

For the first time, Vermont’s acclaimed Adventure Dinner is stepping across the state border, partnering with CulinaryArts@SPAC to host an outdoor dining experience beneath the stars in SPAC’s natural park setting.

We're bringing the bounty of Vermont to New York! Adventure Dinner is a Burlington-based culinary collective known for immersive food and drink experiences. Their multi-course dinner will be cooked over open flame on Adventure Dinner’s signature grills and served family-style at long communal tables to foster connection and conversation.
