A free concert of old time fiddle and banjo tunes and songs.
Frank Orsini plays fiddle with the McKrells and a number of other local bands. He's also a host of the Library's Bluegrass Jams.
Dan Hubbs plays old-time style banjo, writes his own music, and is the host of Live & Local.
Both musicians are no strangers to such local venues as Caffe Lena, Skidmore College and many more.
Call ahead if you would also like lunch - 518-792-6007.
Live & Local is hosted and produced by the Folklife Center at Crandall Public Library in cooperation with the Moreau Community Center and the Queensbury Senior Center. These free, live concerts are made possible by grant funding to the Folklife Center by the New York State Council on the Arts supported by the Governor's Office and the NYS Legislature.
