Shakespeare in a Jiffy: Hamlet

Have you ever wanted to be in a Shakespeare play? Here is your chance, with no audition or acting experience required. Just sign up, wear comfortable shoes, and get ready to be part of the classic tragedy Hamlet.

We will create the show in 2 hours, with a few acting games to warm us up and scripts in hand.

We cast gender- and age-blind—that means if there is someone you have always wanted to play, go for it! The library supplies all costumes and scripts, and veteran performers will be available to anchor each scene.

If you are new to acting, this is a perfect chance to work with skilled actors to create a character. Experienced? Great! You can jump right into a performance!

Light refreshments and mingling to follow.
