Have crystals sitting around your house looking beautiful and mysterious while you quietly wonder what, exactly, you are supposed to do with them? Perfect. This class is for you.

Join Amy Nolte of Soul Energy Evolution for a fun, hands-on introduction to crystals — no giant collection, advanced metaphysical knowledge, or ability to identify 47 varieties of quartz required.

Together, we’ll explore:
- Common crystal colors, shapes, and correspondences
- Ways people cleanse and care for their stones
- Setting intentions with crystals
- Choosing a crystal intuitively
- Practical ways to incorporate crystals into everyday life
- What to look for when buying crystals
- How to avoid spending your grocery money because one especially sparkly rock “called to you”

You’ll also put your senses to the test with a Crystal Blind Date, experimenting with stones without knowing what they are first and noticing what — if anything — you experience.

Students are welcome to bring a few crystals from home, but you do not need to own any crystals to participate. Amy’s collection will be available to handle, compare, and explore during class.

Each participant will receive a Crystal 101 Guidebook to take home. All class materials are provided.

Skeptics, collectors, rock lovers, intuitive explorers, and complete beginners are all welcome.
