Ronn T. Mattia: Art reception

Sunday, May 31, 2026 at 1 PM – 3 PM

Celebrate the artwork of Glens Falls-based artist Ronn T. Mattia at a reception on SUNY Adirondack's Queensbury campus. He is exhibiting three sculptures through Aug. 1:

• "Saunter" (2010)
• "Two to Tango" (2024)
• "Embrace" (his latest). "Embrace" was funded by a Community Arts Grant through LARAC, made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrant program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature.

The sculptures, composed of salvaged steel and glass, are integrated into the landscape outside Adirondack Hall. Mattia’s work joins existing outdoor sculptures exhibited throughout SUNY Adirondack, beautifully merging art and the environment.
