Art in Bloom Featuring D’Vonne Faulks at the Schenectady Green Market

Each Sunday, the Schenectady Greenmarket features an artist or arts activity as part of the New York State Council on the Arts funded series "Art in Bloom." The program aims to foster participation in the arts and to add to a sense of community. Art in Bloom runs from May through Oct. 8 at the Schenectady Greenmarket, which takes place every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside City Hall.

On Sunday, June 21st, 2026, New York Folklore is the sponsor for the featured artist. D’Vonne Faulks, a tradition bearer of African American culture, she will join us to teach about culturally based hair and skincare!
