Beginning June 3rd, OK! Comedy Underground is a new stand-up series bringing high-energy laughs and a bold new nightlife energy to the heart of downtown!
Held in the speakeasy-inspired setting of Doc’s Bar & Lounge, the series transforms the lower level of The Park Theater into a premier destination for live comedy. OK! Comedy Underground swaps traditional theater seating for a casual, intimate cabaret layout, giving audience members a front-row seat to some of the sharpest comics around. A curated selection of snacks, premium craft cocktails, beer, and fine wine will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
Hosted by Albany-based comedian Twon Wood, the series features a fresh, rotating cast of comedians, ensuring a unique performance each night.
Schedule:
- Kicks off with bi-weekly performances throughout June.
- Runs weekly every Wednesday from July 1st through August 19th.
- Doors open at 6:30pm; showtime is at 7:30pm.
- Starting July 8th, OK! Comedy Underground runs alongside Glens Falls’ Take a Bite festivities — those exploring the downtown food scene are encouraged to head "underground" to Doc’s to cap off a Wednesday on the town.
Pay As Youre Able Discounted Pre-Show ticketing:
- Discounted Pre-Show tickets will include $5 and $12 options so you can choose the ticket price that best fits your budget.
- Discounted Pre-Show Tickets will be available until the day of the show. Tickets will be full price on the day of the show.
Additional policies:
- All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.
- Seating is first-come, first-served, front to back.
- Most tables seat four; you may share a table with another party. To sit with another party, please arrive together.
