Join us in a sacred pause to rest and reflect. Supported by Vinny Colandrea, Ben Brown and Theresa Lyn Widmann, who will be weaving sound with loving intention, offering you an opportunity to connect within and surrender into peace.
Arrive at 12:30 PM to find a spot and get comfortable; the sound meditation begins at 1 PM. Please bring your own mat, blanket, and pillows.
