Spring Burrata: arugula, white asparagus, pickled red onion, watermelon radish, lemon vinaigrette
Smoked Salmon Plate: hudson valley salmon, brioche, capers, red onion, crème fraîche 
Hudson Valley Greens: cucumber, tomato, red onion, champagne vinaigrette
