Join us for a special mushroom dinner featuring locally grown and foraged varieties from Collar City Mushrooms. Chef Paul has created a four-course menu showcasing porcini, chestnut, chanterelle, lion’s mane, and shiitake mushrooms. Each course can also be prepared as a vegan option.

- Porcini: Porcini Mushroom toast, cheese — Cocktail or pinot
- Chestnuts: Mushroom wonton soup — Riesling
- Chanterelles: Chanterelle mushroom stroganoff — Pinot noir
- Lion’s Mane: Grille Filet Mignon and lobster demi, lion’s mane wild ramp butter — Cabernet-tempranillo
- Kismet supreme: Shitake mushroom caramel sauce — Dessert wine or cocktail
