2026 Forest Bathing Walks

We are thrilled to welcome back Sandy Wilson to the Pine Hollow Arboretum this year to lead a variety of Forest Bathing Walks through our grounds.

Sandy Wilson of Spirit of Dragonflies, LLC is a certified Mindfulness Outdoor Experience Guide, End of Life Doula, Therapeutic Touch Practitioner. She has guided walks at Pine Hollow Arboretum and trails at Hudson Taconic Lands for several years, along with other locations.

Please see the list below of scheduled Walks. Details are pending for some walks. All walks are $15/person.

• Friday, March 20 at 4pm: Spring/Vernal Equinox/Ostara
• Friday, May 1 at 3pm: May Day/Beltane Cross Quarter Day
• Saturday, June 20 at 5pm: Summer Solstice/Litha
• Saturday, August 1 at 10am: Lughnasagh (beginning of harvest season)
• Saturday, September 19 at 3pm: Autumn Equinox/Mabon
• Sunday, November 1 at 1pm: Samhain /Halloween with Day of the Dead
• Monday, December 21 at 3pm: Winter Solstice
