Status of Walleye in Chautauqua Lake - Public Meeting (Bemus Point)

DEC will host two in-person public meetings to discuss the status of walleye in Chautauqua Lake.

Bureau of Fisheries staff will present current information on the walleye population in Chautauqua Lake and future management goals and objectives. Following the presentation, fisheries staff will engage in a Q&A session with attendees.

Anyone interested in this topic is encouraged to attend. Registration is not required.

• Wednesday, March 25, 2026, 6:30–8:00 p.m. at The Lawson Center, 73 Lakeside Drive, Bemus Point, NY.
