For the first time, Vermont’s acclaimed Adventure Dinner is stepping across the state border, partnering with CulinaryArts@SPAC to host an outdoor dining experience beneath the stars.
The Burlington-based culinary collective is known for immersive food and drink experiences in unexpected corners of Vermont. Now they’re bringing that celebrated outdoor feast to SPAC’s natural park setting — a multi-course dinner cooked over open flame on Adventure Dinner’s signature grills and served family-style at long communal tables, fostering connection and conversation all evening. Each course showcases the season’s bounty, sourced from some of Vermont’s most beloved farms and artisan producers.
Rounding out the feast: a curated pour of wine, distinctive beers — including selections from Hill Farmstead — and inventive culinary cocktails and mocktails.
Adventure Dinner exists to champion the farms, producers, and small businesses behind Vermont’s “Brave Little State.” It’s a mission that aligns naturally with CulinaryArts@SPAC’s belief that great food and drink bring people together. Join us for an evening of bold flavors, connection, and community.
With over 500 events under our party planning belts, Adventure Dinner believes that thoughtful food and drink facilitates meaningful gatherings. We cook with the seasons of Vermont and design meals that all guests will enjoy, regardless of dietary restrictions or allergies. We’re bringing the bounty of Vermont to New York: the multi-course feast highlights seasonal produce, protein, and ingredients sourced from half a dozen of our favorite Vermont farms and producers, with each course paired with complementary drinks.
