On Saturday, July 25, Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery invites you to be among the very first to sample our inaugural 10-Year Bourbon, crafted in celebration of America's 250th Anniversary. This special bourbon has been patiently aging for a decade, and before its official bottle release this fall, we're opening a few bottles to share complimentary samples with our community throughout the day. It's a rare opportunity to experience a spirit that reflects ten years of craftsmanship, tradition, and patience.

- All Fired Up Food Truck — 4:00-7:00 PM
