Walk the streets of Seoul with us and immerse yourself in Korean street food culture. Chef Jisung will share stories, describe ingredients, and teach you how to prepare a few popular foods sold at stalls and by street vendors. This class is for individuals 16 years or older.

Menu:
- Kimbap (Tuna or Bulgogi Beef): Traditional Korean seaweed rice rolls filled with seasoned vegetables and your choice of bulgogi beef or tuna, sliced into bite-sized rounds.
- Spicy Tteokbokki: Chewy Korean rice cakes and fish cakes simmered in a sweet-and-spicy gochujang broth, topped with a hard-boiled egg.
- Fish Cake Soup (Eomuk Guk): Skewered fish cakes served in a warm, savory dashi broth infused with radish and scallions.
- Pan-Fried Vegetarian Dumplings: Golden dumplings with a seasoned vegetable and tofu filling, served with soy dipping sauce.

Allergen and dietary notice: Fish, gluten, egg, and soy will be used.

About Jisung: Jisung Chun is a culinary expert specializing in Korean Buddhist temple cooking, blending tradition with a modern twist. She apprenticed with several Korean food masters in Korea for five years and has mastered Korean fermentation techniques and philosophies of natural food. Her achievements include first place in the 2014 Korean Buddhist Temple Cooking competition and the 2016 Korean rice wine sommelier competition. She holds the International Kikisake-shi (Sommelier of Sake) certification. As founder of House of Jeon, Jisung creates a welcoming space where food doubles as medicine, combining her culinary heritage with a holistic approach to wellness.
