- Tomato Pie: A thick, focaccia-style crust topped with savory tomato sauce and Pecorino Romano, served at room temperature.
- Chicken Riggies: Rigatoni with chicken and spicy peppers in a creamy tomato sauce.
- Lemon Ricotta Cookies: Soft, cake-like cookies made with fresh ricotta and finished with lemon glaze.
