Chakra Series:
Are you interested in learning more about the chakra system? Are you curious about one chakra in particular? Perhaps you are feeling blocked or noticing symptoms in one area of your body.

This fall begin a tour of your chakra system. Meet with an expert to talk about signs of energetic excesses and deficiencies. Use meditation and gentle movement to energize the flow. You’ll learn healing practices and balancing techniques such as chakra seed sounds, positive affirmations, and supportive actions to bring light to your inner spectrum.

Drop in or sign up for them all and receive a price break. If you’re really stuck or suffering, Bach Flower remedies—simple solutions that bring vibrational healing to negative emotional states—will be discussed as catalysts for change.

Nini Gridley, MS Ed, BFRP, is a dynamic workshop leader and a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher (500+) who has been helping people open and energize their chakras since 1995 through her private practice, Full Spectrum HealingTM. She is Core Faculty and the Certification Program Coordinator for Sacred Centers Academy, the training program on the chakras developed by Anodea Judith. In her private practice Nini uses Bach Flower remedies as catalysts for gently transforming, healing, and balancing negative emotion.
