Ziplining Dinos: A STEM Challenge

In this STEM program, ideal for kids ages 7-12, we are sending dinosaurs on a thrilling (but safe) ride on a zipline. Kids can borrow a dino from the library or bring their own action figure or fashion doll. We will build a harness and a zipline that would be exciting and yet still safe for their little friend before sending them flying!

We will do some problem solving & creative thinking, and maybe stumble across a little learning about:
- friction
- angles, steepness (slope)
- simple machines (pulleys)

While there is no registration for this event, supplies are limited.
