Lunchtime Hike: Signs of Spring

Take a break from your day to join us for a short 0.6 mile hike through the rolling sand dunes of the Albany Pine Bush. We will stop to talk about the signs of spring we notice along the way and how the changing of seasons impacts this unique habitat.

Meet at the Madison Avenue Pinelands Trailhead #7.

Directions from Discovery Center to Madison Ave. Ext. (Trailhead 7):
- At the traffic light in front of the Discovery Center building, turn left onto Route 155.
- Proceed 0.5 miles to the next traffic light.
- Turn right onto Madison Ave. Ext.
- Proceed 0.2 miles to the stop sign.
- Proceed straight for another 0.25 miles until the road dead-ends at the trailhead.
