This course is designed for students, electronic hobbyists, or those interested in Electronic Music.
The first part of the class will focus on electronic theory, construction techniques and electronic safety. The second part of the class will be spent building your own Theremin, an electronic instrument played without physical contact. It's known for its eerie sound and is considered the first electronic musical instrument to be mass-produced. Theremins have been widely used in classical and popular music. You will leave this class with a working musical instrument and the knowledge to build more electronic devices.
