A quiet stitching circle for caregivers
Peace Is Every Stitch is a gathering for caregivers — both professional and non-professional — who knit, sew, crochet, mend, quilt, or engage in other fiber arts. Caregiving is an act of profound generosity. This group was created to honor that generosity by offering a safe, quiet, and welcoming space to rest hearts and minds while stitching in community.
Each gathering includes:
- Soft, supportive music
- A brief centering meditation
- Aromatherapy
- Light snacks
- Quiet companionship (conversation always optional)
- Bring your current project and come as you are
No instruction, productivity, or sharing is required — only presence. Whether you care for others by profession or by love, this is a space to receive care through rhythm, texture, and connection.
